The year is flying by, and we are already two weeks into Term 4! It feels like just yesterday we were welcoming the start of a new year, and now we are already looking ahead to the final stretch. These past two weeks have been eventful, from our children delivering pot plants to the elderly residents at Bethany House, to receiving the cutest knitted dolls from Knit for Kindness, and connecting with parents during our parent-teacher meeting, it has certainly been a busy and fulfilling start to the term!
And the best part? We are only just getting started!
There is even more reason to celebrate next week, as COLT turns nine years old on Tuesday!
Nine years of learning, growing, making memories and creating opportunities for our children is certainly something worth celebrating. To mark this special milestone, we will be celebrating with a Yajna, a traditional fire ceremony, on Tuesday. The celebrations will continue on Friday when we take the children on a fun outing to Green Point Park. We would love your help in making this birthday extra special. If you would like to contribute, donations of party packs or treats for the children would be greatly appreciated.
On a less exciting note, we would like to let our community know that we will soon be discontinuing our PayFast payment option. This option will be removed from our website, and going forward, payments will only be accepted via bank transfer or cash.
