This week Children of Light Educare (COLT) celebrated its 7th BIRTHDAY!!! All of the children in the featured image are currently attending primary school, many of them excelling and passing into Grade 5 in 2025!!! We offer gratitude to the Divine for guiding us to serve the children and their families; for bringing us together; and for guiding us to find our inner light. May our staff and volunteers continue to work harmoniously and in the spirit of yoga. Heartfelt thanks to all our COLT friends who have supported the organisation over the past 7 years, for it is due to your love and generosity that COLT continues to grow. Your support resulted in success, in one way or another for every child that our organisation sought to help.
Over the years we have learnt so much about our children’s lives and needs and have shaped the COLT curriculum around our findings. Our organisation received its certificate of registration from the Department of Basic Education in 2023 and this year the organisation received Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) status.
