We are thrilled to spotlight Ntombi, our dedicated assistant teacher, who is taking charge of her professional growth! She has enrolled in Cape College and completing her Level 4 part-time in Early Childhood Development this year.

Ntombi has already made waves by completing the NCF National Curriculum Framework, mastering principles that align perfectly with COLT Educare’s curriculum, focusing on the 6 eldas: Wellbeing, Identity and Belonging, Communication, exploring mathematics, Creativity and lastly Knowledge and understanding of the world.

“I am passionate in working with young children at COLT Educare, which is where I got inspired to further my studies in early childhood development and now I can secure each child’s unique journey, shaping future generations one smile at a time” says Ntombi.

We are proud to have Ntombi on our team and we cannot wait to see her shine.
